Finding ones inter peace...that can be a life long search. But if don't with the right frame of mind can be wonderful. But like anything else we can't have the "wonderfull" with out the, "pain". Ya can't have the good without a fair share of the bad. Learning to balance the two can be a real pain in the ass ! But what would life be if everything went just the way we "think" it should be ? If there's nothing there to piss ya off, then theres nothing there to make you appreitate what makes ya happy. It's like being a round room and being told to stand in the corner...WTF !? My inter peace is of Grandsons, sunny days, the first snow, a phone call from you, that email that makes me smile, hell...even that email that has made me cry. It's all good. It's my life, and I have found some of that inter peace again, it's com'n back to me...lol Learning that I have the right to love again, and that trusting is something I missed more then I knew. My inter peace is of reaching out a hand and not afraid of who takes hold....
